Here is the outline of the workout.
A1) Walking Lunge with Sandbag
A2) Mixed Grip Weighted Pull-ups
3×12-15
B1) Decline Weighted Push-ups
B2) BB Bent Over Row
3×15
C1) Single Leg RDL w/KB
C2) KB Snatch
3×12-15
D1) Overhead Keg Carry
That is it! Now go ROCK IT!

That is a monster. Tried it just for the hell of it…dare I say for fun?
Didn’t have a Keg so used a Sandbag for the OH Carry.
Most people do not include enough overhead carrying exercises! Sure beats the crap out of “core” training, eh?

It is fun, in a weird way haha. But yes most people don’t do enough overhead carrying I think it has a lot of benefits and there are so many great way you can go about it.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface.
