        Hey Matt,

        I am training 8th grade football players and in the past got right into all of the olympic lifts that our high school players do. I am done seeing all of the bad form and lack of athleticism from our high school players so I want to incorporate a bumch of bodyweight and flexibility training for these young athletes to ensure that their bodies are ready for the training. Im looking for types of bodyweight and hip flexibilty movements as well as sets and reps. Thanks a lot for all that you do for strength training.

        Ryan,
        I am just about to post a new video with a killer workout. But I agree with the Oly lifts, they are great but takes a lot of practice and is a style of training all in itself. I think you can get just the same results or more with more time friendly exercises using bodyweight training, and underground implements. One of my favorite things to use for teaching Oly style lifts such as a clean and press are sandbags. Keep checking back for some more workouts and exercises. Thank you for replying!
