Hey everyone sorry I have not posted an update in about a week things have been crazy to get the place up to par with being able to train all my clients there but over the weekend I got it done!!

Looks like a cool space! Are you opening your underground gym to the local Burbank residents? I’m in the area and I googled “Burbank Fitness Bootcamp” and this blog was the first result.
The fitmommy program looks great for women, but I was just wondering if you’re opening up a system for men?
