Keep Rollin, Rollin, Rollin
Ok I know the title of this was lame to reference the Limp Bizkit Rollin song but hey its all I thought of.
I have really been trying to focus a lot on soft tissue work lately. Reading a lot of stuff from my trigger point therapy workbook, and Eric Cressey sent me over A LOT of stuff to read for my baseball players. I know how important it is but wow I have learned how many problems it can cause. Some are so serious that if overlooked it can cause to end your athletic career!
Reading up on trigger points, how to diagnose and treat them I have learned also that a lot of “problems” that doctors just prescribe a drug for or tell you that your just stuck with it can be fixed by doing some very simple things on a daily basis.
I posted a few of Eric’s videos he did on foam rolling below, take a minute to look these over and start implementing them into your routine a few times a week. If you are very tight I recommend doing these before your dynamic warm up up and also you can do them on your off days as well. The tighter you are the more you will need to be doing it to start and also more frequently.

Now go start working on that soft tissue, you will thank me!
Also thank you to Eric for all the help and always making killer videos.
P.S. What do you guys think of the new banner/logo?
Dedicated to your success,

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
